Youth Camp 2008 - Camp Golgotha, Best Camp Ever!

yo peeps! i'm back from the best camp i've ever been to! apart from the fun and laughter i think what makes this camp so fruitful and impactive was the sermons. i would like to share one of them with you, which i think is the best sermon ever!

this sermon revolves around Ecc 3.
yepp. it talks about a time for everything in this world. a time to have fun and laughter, a time to be serious, a time to cry and get angry...
true enough, there is a time for everything in this world, including a time for trials. we can't deny that trials are never easy to walk pass them victorious. they often make us upset, hurt or angry. the thing here is, sometimes we mistook our emotions as not having faith in Christ. but let's think about it. God didn't make us machines but humans, humans with emotions. as long as at the end of the day we are still in control it is alright.
just wanna tell you all that dun gif up even when times are really difficult. we do not know why God does things sometimes, and we can't understand. but we do know that at the end of the day,
God has a plan for us, not to harm us but to prosper us. and we know also that we can do everything through Christ who gives us strength. so hang on people! at the end of the day, every effort will be worth it! jia yous!((((:
